I majored in CIS - computer/management information systems, graduated in 2008. You can choose mutiple roles in the tech industry - Business system analyst, ScrumMaster, quality assurance, IT auditing, etc. I believe the most important thing you can do while in school for your career is to get an internship during summer. These internships will either convert to full-time positions or it will give you amazing edge over other students applying for full-time roles. Keep your core classes grades up, good luck.. Major in something that interests you and helps you with your mission in life. If you pick a major just based off salery you will probably be miserable in 10 years

Do accounting as your major and that bullshit thing as your minor. You can work in IT auditing.
