Don't use tinder, game in person. I play soccer, and I often come up against someone who's got a few yards of pace on me. I haven't trained for speed, and I don't have the best injury record at those speeds, anyway.
The objective is to get what I want - this means I can
1. Body check him, constantly throw him off when he gets running
2. Never give him a yard, stick tight.

Point of my analogy is, if you don't have X use Y to make up for it. In the end, did you win?
Maybe when it comes down to that he's legitimately the better man, got looks game and style and he outguns you. Take the L with grace, you did your best and though your animal brain will rage and your ego will hurt, it is what it is. Learn, improve, get other girls.

In the end, did that win really matter?

There are 3.52 billion women in the world. Chances are tons of them will even fuck you if you play your cards right, even though you don't have "superior genetics".

Become walmart. Work on yourself, build your empire. But there will always be someone superior to you.

With age and maturity, you are more likely to accept things about yourself that you cannot change. If it helps, be glad you weren't born with a serious genetic condition that neuters your chances to a huge degree, such as dwarfism.

"Looks aren't everything" sounds like BS your mom would tell you, but it's true.

Any woman you're likely to meet has at one point, been with somebody better than you. Dated a prettyboy, been ravaged by a muscled he-man, been banged by a guy with a bigger dick.

Well motherfuckers, she's not still with him is she? She's actively seeking a new guy. Even though she was previously with a guy, BETTER THAN YOU. Why isn't she with the old guy?

BECAUSE LOOKS AREN'T EVERYTHING. Not even close.

My favorite thing to do is the pushing and pulling on emotions. Make her laugh, make her blush, make her second guess, make her confused, make her turned on, and then repeat the cycle.

Have a strong personality, be bold, know what you want, take it.

Yesterday, I saw a 30ish year old 5 foot 7 dude with not the best looking face walking around with a smoking hot supermodel looming girlfriend.

Looks definitely matter, but they aren't everything. Make the best with what you've got. IMHO even if you're in the 70 to 80th percentile for looks, you can bump yourself up to the top 15% with a bit of work.
