We can't judge unless you show a good picture of you face sadly, you might look like shit, or it might be something minor and you've just got confidence issues, I'm erring towards the latter. Admittedly though cosmetic surgeons do good work, especially nose jobs.

You can PM me and I can give you objective advice, I'm fairly trustworthy, it wouldn't be the first time someone's PM'd me about similar things.

Typically a cosmetic surgeon's clinic will try to recommend things if they can, face lift, eye bag removal, eye lift whatever, if you could use it/they think you can pay for it, unless they only specialize in one section like rhinoplasty, which is perfectly reasonable. The service you're looking for does exist, cosmetic surgery advice, at least here in the UK it does where it's a free service.

But I would err on the side of caution with male plastic surgery, looks are less important to a man than they are a woman, though like you're saying if you're already getting your deviated septum fixed by a rhinoplasty specialist it's fine if it's a little added cost, just don't get addicted to plastic surgery or people can start to tell you've had it.

Probably pointless. A large nose is masculine. Small noses are feminine.

If you got the money I say go for it man. Just don't overdo it. Also research the shit out of your doctor/surgeons make sure you're only getting the best. I actually got plastic surgery last year, on my eyes. I had this thing called ptosis where my left eye lid sank. Got it fixed and never looked back it's amazing no regrets. No longer self conscious about it and I just generally look a lot better

I've been considering the same thing. Also have a deviated septum. I wouldn't even do it for aesthetics, I just want to breathe through my nose properly.

As far as plastic surgery, they're taking it apart and putting it back together, might as well. Just don't agree to any major changes and realize you most likely won't come out with that photoshopped outcome. Be subtle, just have them make it straight and remove the bump but don't fuck with the overall size.

If you have decent insurance a deviated septum is FREE.

I'm getting my turbinates reduced (inside walls of nose to help breathe), and my columella narrowed (skin between nostrils- to improve airflow).

All free because it's functional.

I'm at loss. Is there something like an "aesthetician?" Like a person who I can pay money and who will tell me what exactly procedures can I undertake to become more attractive?

A good plastic surgeon should be able to tell you exactly what you need to have done. For example, I had no idea I needed a chin implant until a plastc surgeon told me so. It's their job to know what will make you look good, and the advice is free. Just ask, "what do you think I need done?" and see what he says.

removing the hump on your nose will increase your attractiveness a LOT. It may not seem like that big of a deal to you but trust me it makes a WORLD of a difference.

DO IT, but remember when it comes to plastic surgery subtlety is your best friend.
