Sounds like you gave too many fucks about her 'going quite'. You had a little emotional reaction instead of leading and upping the ante.

Then you asked her what was wrong.

She msgd you because she was afraid it was her. When you said you didn't know what happened, and asked her, her hamster probably felt it was safe to say it wasn't her and rationalized you as being awkward. She avoids feeling responsible for the date ending and ghosts.

You have to give a more detailed account of what happened before she went quite.

We went for drinks last night and about an hour into it she just seemed out of it, like she just lost interest and didn't want to be there and got really quiet. I asked her what was wrong and she said "nothing".

Something was bothering her, but she didn't want to tell you.

Now some girls deep down, but would never admit it, they want you to drag it out of them.

I got kind of annoyed and just got the check and we left.

Just to give you a preview of the LTR, when you call a chick like this on her fucked up actions, she'll get upset, maybe start crying, and then YOU FEEL BAD when you are the victim.

Are you a player willing to put up with a chick's bullshit long enough to pump and dump?

Or do you respect your boundaries enough to tell the chick where she fucked up, and you're okay with the girl leaving?

never ask a woman what's wrong on a date. assume she is having a good time and wants to fuck you. asking what's wrong is very beta.

next. why dwell on this. find more chicks.

in the future, after about 45 minutes to an hour, switch venues. go to a new place. it helps keeping things interesting. on the way to the next place, kino, and tease, and be a fun person to be with.

edit/add: i usually go to two or three places before bringing her back to my place. i don't tell her where we are going, i just lead her there. after the second or third place, depending on how it's going, i tell her i know a cool place nearby... usually they laugh when they realize i took them back to my apartment.
