No idea about how to go, but here's something. Always assume you are dealing with AWALT. Not necessarily a cheating lying whore of a AWALT, but she is a woman. Her imperatives and goals differ from yours and conveying some impressions fit them well. You're also giving the impression you might have idealized her, it'd be a shame if she was actually LTR material and you came to resent her because she didn't match your own idealizations.

Well you need to appear less of an AF and show some BB qualities so she feels safe. Like an 85/15% split.
