I like to start by saying. I work in health care and I love my job. But I have to deal with some ppl above me who are assholes. I have no choice but to do what they say. Bc that is my job. But one guy in particular. Will say "get me this, bitch" and I'm sure he's joking but it get a little redundant. Especially constantly doing it in front of people. What's the best way to handle this? Ignore it? Say something?

I feel like if I told him don't do it. He will make fun of me for it more. Bc regardless I have to do the thing he tells me.

Also when is it best to say something to someone. Or when is it best to ignore it. Where I work people will do things and I never know if I should just keep my mouth shut or say something. Saying something usually leads to confrontation. What are the rules for this??
