Team, I am losing my mind. I am interstate on a business trip, about to attend a massive conference and Xmas party tomorrow. Instead? I just broke down in my hotel room. Head in my hands, weeping like a small boy slamming the floor.

I got into online dating seriously a couple of months ago and met a girl I was seriously attracted to. HB8. 28 yrs old ( I'm 33), good job, owns her own apartment, rich family, down to earth, emotionally settled, just ticked all the boxes. I didn't hound her and we would text once or twice a day. We had a few dates then on the date I made out with her and dry humped I told her I was open to something long-term and she said the same but wanted to take it real slow. 4 and 5 the dates spent the day with her and slept with her. One of the nights she said I could sleep over but I could tell she was tired, so was I, so I left. That was about 2 weeks ago, after that night she was less responsive. I pushed for dinner on Sat night and we grabbed something to eat. Went back to her place, watched a movie and she gave me head. She was somewhat quiet the whole night but didn't make much of it and left. The next day she msged saying we should stop seeing each other and that we don't have the natural chemistry she was looking for! I msged back 'Agreed, take care '. I'm fkn devastated. I feel like i was batting above me average and I fkd up by not sleeping over and not raising the fact something was wrong. I wish I asked what was wrong and had a conversation about where we're were at. I'm a fkn idiot.

This is going to haunt me and I'm alone in hotel room wishing I was with her. I'm fantasising about being with her and having conversation I should have had and it's breaking me down.

Don't know how I'm going to get through tomorrow. How do I this? What mentality do I need to take? Any help appreciated.

Thanks. Edit: I'm aware of the redpill and partially swallowed it. Gym for 6 months, cold showers, nofap, career.. However a lot of work to do with finance, dating, mediation, game.
