Seems like you did half of it right, you haven't lost much frame. 1) When she was acting up asking for the phone you shouldn't have surrendered it. 2) Don't justify yourself to her even if it was an accident. 3) Props to you for leaving but giving her attitude on text you should had soft nexted her and ignored it.

Learn to be more aloof and use amused mastery during confrontations. Never explain yourself when a woman is throwing tantrums.

Shes giving you drama and you are entering her frame. Give less fucks man. You did right by leaving. Soft next her for a couple of days and then resume as if nothing happened. DONT ANSWER HER TEXTS/CALLS while soft nexting. Nothing, no contact. Then, when you feel like, text her something like "you, me, pizza and wine tonight"? As if NOTHING happened. Dont bring up what happened. If she brings it up, just fog it, "I felt like being alone" "Was busy doing xxxx" or whatever. Done right, soft nexting will make her respect you more, be more attracted to you and realise that when she acts shitty, you wont be around to deal with her bitchy attitude.

"Me: **No.. Arguing with you doesn't work.. you don't believe me so why trying? so i left like you told me to." -> BAD, too much talking. Should just have ignored.

These tantrums and shit-tests need to be met with an amused mastery---like you're talking to a little child who's asking stupid questions:

She would have immediately switched gears and become defensive or laughed.

Own your shit. When she accused you of the instagram thing just own it. You should have just said "so?" And let her dig her own grave about how shallow she is. The more she talked the less you answer. She would have realized how shallow she was being and it would have embarrassed her. But because you apologized it confirms that she is right and you were wrong.
