Yes and the length they enjoy being checked out is commensurate with good looking the person that checking them out is. If they think the guy checking them out is ugly hence they are a creep and only can stand being checked out for a bare second. If they think the guy checking them out is hot they love being oogled by them for all to see for any length of time.

Yes, it's a confirmation of objective attractiveness. People checking you out arent trying to get anything from you or stroke your ego, they are just confirming you're attractive to the average person, which is very esteem boosting. Chicks thrive on this shit.
