Quick question, I am reasonably good looking & built (objective 6 looks, 8 body, 7 overall), and have a pretty good lifestyle/wealth (objective 9). And am doing not too bad with online dating, obviously there are the usual flakes & women who are there to chat forever before going on a date etc.. and i'm currently getting a good stream of women from 5-8 who give me their number/willing to go out on a date.

The problem is though, this shit takes fucking ages, it's exhausting. I am pretty sure I could run plates and manage a group of girls, but I would imagine this shit would take me a couple of hours every day, or atleast in the beginning phases.

I have never ran plates before. Just done serial monogomy and move on to the next one, once bored. I probably give out the boyfriend vibe as well, because although I get laid on first/second dates virtually always, they do almost seemingly want to be my girlfriend. I think my actual status is higher than my percevied status online, because when they meet me, so far i've had like a 100% lay success rate (8 from 8 so far).

Basically, my question is, how do you run plates without it taking up hours of your time and investing loads in to these women? I have a business to run and generally just don't want to be putting in massive effort. Or is that something that you just need to accept is required with online dating?
