Masturbation is necessary if you plan on lasting any longer than thirty seconds in bed. With that being said, I think that letting it build up a little does give you a higher sex drive and more energy. Concerning porn, I think it is bad for you. I think it gives you less of a motivation to approach women. I don't think there is a definitive answer, but generally yes, porn is bad for your frame because the reason you watch it is A. you have no abundance B. you have too much time C. it is not a good topic of conversation and therefore you have to conceal it.
