This is actually very likely an easy fix. First and foremost go to a doctor and request a testosterone test, theyll ask why, tell them you cant get your dick hard.

Best case scenario you google, best ways to enhance testosterone, follow it(lifting, eating right, sleeping right) and youll have some hard peen.

Worst case you dont follow my advice and have to order testosterone injections. Good luck

I suffered about a month of this (I'm 27) recently with a woman due to relationship issues and not being able to get things out of my head. It was all mental for me and as guys mentioned lifting and other testosterone inducing activities will help too.

For me, the relationship took a toll on my self esteem, lost a job, etc. Life just got me down. I readjusted mentally to not care about the outcome and that I'm just going to take what I want and enjoy things in the times that I'm supposed to and let everything else go.

It might not be ED per se. One thing I found helpful was to stop watching porn completely. I still masturbate every so often but only using my own imagination. Also, use a really loose grip and lots of lube to mimic the sensation of a pussy. Often, your member goes down during or before sex because the stimulation (both physical and psychological) is too weak compared to when you masturbate to some freaky shit online. Try thinking about some of the things that turn you on during sex, not necessarily the girl you're fucking or her pussy / ass. Gradually stop watching porn and start imagining fucking that girl when you masturbate. You'll slowly rewire your brain to associate good stimulation with real sex (yeah... that's how much porn can fuck you up!)

Another thing might be blood pressure issues. This is not simply too low or too high blood pressure but rather how much volume of blood can go into your member when you're aroused. A good alternative to viagra would be a constant supplementation of L-Arginine. Take 5000mg daily plus 400mg of Magnesium. It opens up your blood vessels. My libido and erections are better since I've been on it.

Testosterone can be naturally brought to medium-high levels by eating more red meat and regularly performing anaerobic exercise such as weight lifting.

Try the above before you jump into Viagra, depression or other nonsense :)

Since you are so young it's unlikely anything permanent unless you have a heart disease, a physical injury to your penis or something. No kidding. ED is usually a sign of other problems. Older people with ED have their arteries clogged. Penis arteries are the smallest so the blood flow stops there first and the next stop is heart attacks and seizures.

Highly unlikely in your case. Get a full hormone panel tested. Not just testosterone but all of them. Especially prolactin, testosterone, estrogen and shgb. It could be something as simple as a pituitary tumor causing you to produce too much prolactin which makes your dick limp or low test. Hormones are easy to fix.

Therapist helped me get over it. I tbink I got lucky to get a compatible one. My issue was psychological and most likely yours too(i am not 90% sure). Do go and check your T levels too like the others suggested just to make sure. Cheers

How much Viagra is safe to take? Normally my go-to dick pill is Cialis but all I have this time is Viagra. The main difference of course is one Cialis lasts all weekend but one Viagra lasts for only 2 fucking hours. But I know I can't be popping Viagra every two hours either. Anybody figured out a happy medium here ??
