Yes I've been having the same problems as you in the past and I've put a lot of effort in fixing things.

First, you must stop watching porn and also reduce the amount of fapping to zero if possible. It will make your penis more sensitive and you'll get aroused more easily. Magnum thin or bareskin should do, if you still have the problem start with no condom& put it in while you're rock hard inside(had the same problem)
