I just fucking cried in front of my ltr of 6 years for the first time. Cried like a bitch and she hugged me and I hugged back. I was stressed out due to some family problems which I don't want to get into with her right now. What should I do? How do I regain frame?

I haven't told her the reason but she's asking please guide me on how to react.

Edit: So nothing happened, I overreacted because I've read here that crying is basically the end of your frame, she still is the same loving submissive ltr she used to be and she's very fucking honest which I love. She just stated that she'd been having bad dreams that she's locked somewhere and I can't get her out so she wants to sleep with me on the call?
