I have the same issue, my doctor was never able to get to the bottom of it. I think it is related to my frequent urination.

I take a very small dose of the drug viagra derivative research chemical called acetildenafil periodically if I'm worried about a specific instance in order to relieve performance anxiety as you mentioned you are likely just worried about your problem which compounds the problem. it's more to help the confidence in my head (and occasional marathon fucksessions). It can be uncomfortable, I don't recommend this route.

Since I've started lifting 6 days a week on a PPL routine I wake up with a raging boner and have a much harder erection. Can I assume you don't have morning wood? That is very related, you should.

Lift heavy.

Get your diet on point (fat and protein). Consider zinc supplements. Consider fish oil supplements.

Stop masturbating and stop watching porn (as much). Be strategic, if you're going to be around women plan ahead and don't fap for 3 days. I introduced a friend to this concept and he only faps on Sunday's and builds up his horniness for the weekend. No fap can be overwhelming so intermittent fapping is often a good solution. Plus you don't want to be an abstintent freak, moderation.

You'd be surprised at how much better your game is when you are legitimately horny. Your drive goes way up also.

For guys under 50 its almost always porn induced erectile dysfunction. Go 90 days without video porn and see if that solves your problem. If it does not, see your doctor.

While unlikely, see a physician if this is a regular issue. This can be a sign of heart problems.

If that's a non-issue, then find a hotter chick who turns you on without you having to think about it.
