These comments are off. (As a parent who also follows RP) Parents really only want one thing from there children and that is to keep the bloodline alive and well.

The best mate a parent can imagine for their children is one who will provide grandchildren, financial stability, and happiness to the offspring.

Either her daughter has not brought another guy around or they have been pure shit in the terms of providing.

She see's you as the best mate, at this point, to give her daughter what she needs to satisfy the parents needs from their daughter.

When another proper prospect comes along, you will no longer be in her radar. It is the reason you see family always trying to play the matching game. That is what they need from the current situation to abtain the biological goals.

It sounds fucked up when you think about it but it is how survivalism works.

Because her daughter is griping to mom that you are not "friendly" to her, the daughter, any longer. And mom cannot leave well enough alone.
