Exes are what the "unfollow" button is for. If you "unfriend" her, it looks butthurt. But you don't want to be smacked in the face with pics of her in a bikini on the beach with Chad Thundercock every day.

On the OTHER hand, pics of you running triathalons and on the beach with girls hotter than her? You WANT her to see that.

So - unfollow. You won't see her stuff, she'll still see yours.

That statement seems contradictory. I would just no contact ever, sure keep her as a friend if you want, but don't obsess over her posts and whatnot.

you can create an 'EXs' group, assign her to that group and edit your privacy so you have to specifically select that group for an ex to see the post.
