I wouldn't waste my time. "the talk" is a power play by her, so you already lose by accepting it. then, it's nothing but her feelings and point of view--the exact definition of HER frame

actually now that I type this, go and see it first hand so you can experience the disgusting fallout of a girl that's lost interest in you. hell, try to have fun with it and get a free pity drink or two from her

edit: just saw your update on "the talk". she's not even really a plate, so it's not realistic for her to request that

So she went on 3 dates, you didn't escalate and she wants to see you again?

See her 1 more time, if you two bang then there's hope. If you don't then she clearly just wants a LTR or you're taking things too slowly. IF you want an LTR then play this out, but since you're trying to plate her then I'd bail soon.

For future reference, I thought "the talk" was when you wanted to break up AND if you want better answers it helps to be a bit more thorough in your initial post.
