I've been fucking up hugely lately. Only been seeing one girl and she knows it.

I asked her what her n count is after I said mine is 20+ and she said same. It's bothering me big time. I hate feeling like I'm sliding back into oneitis, but I am. I don't feel like I could start spinning another girl in the next few but fuck man. What else do I do?
