I'm new to red pill.I was living a mediocre life till now.I'm set out to change it. I have a few questions regarding transition to alpha.

  1. I keep falling back to beta habits. I have to consciously remember to be alpha. If I let myself relax a bit, I slide into beta habits. If someone/something catch me offguard, I'll go beta. At times I forget to be alpha and catch myself doing something beta, then I get angry about my failure. This is literally tiring me out.

2.I met my friends after few months, Now I can't relate to them anymore. Same with my family. I kinda feel alone even though i'm with people(I don't know how to explain that feeling.like i'm not one of them). I kinda see lackluster excuses everywhere. I even catch myself rationalizing my mediocrity.

3.After redpill, I can't "Immerse" myself into movies, mainstream news, tv, porn anymore. I kinda "wake up" in the middle after few minutes. It's not even enjoyable anymore. I keep analyzing everything with redpill point of view. It feels like my comfort blanket has been yanked from me. It's depressing.

Will the above three things will change in future??

  1. Redpill recommends being "the man of the room" But I don't see a benefit doing it. I don't like leading group when its not necessary.I never followed somebody either. Should I put more effort into it?

  2. Looking back my life I was naturally manipulative during my teenage years. (I had three girls doing all my homework in my diploma college, One girl bought me snacks daily for whole year, etc.) It baffles me now. I don't know how the fuck I did managed to do it.I cant use that skill consciously now. How can I use it to my benefit now?

  3. It seems being alpha is always "work in progress" There isn't a destination. How do you measure the transition of beta to alpha?
