Long post and starting new here...but need help moving on and learning to be red pill - complicated.

Was seeing this girl for 4 months (in my social circle who initially approached me 2 weeks after she broke up with her 3 year LTR *red flag now* saying we had a connection blah blah). She was obsessed with me. She revealed all her red flags right away to me, she was so head over heals. I still stukc around. Was always down to see me, but she had issues with having sex because of her damaging past, sexual anxiety, and parent neglect (which she told me all stories of her red flags). She always wanted to hang out with me and show intimacy through kissing and touching etc but would recoil once we get to the bed (excluding a couple times). She always cornered me though as in saying like " I didnt put out after 3rd date, are you going to dump me now?" bc she knew about the red pill (I didnt know as much at the time). I waited around though so I can show her Im not like all the other guys, Im a nice guy, whatever lol. I was waiting for her to get through a rough period in life and assumed that things will be great after and we will be finally doing things we said we would do because we both had a connection, right? WRONG.

Was trying to schedule to see her after she came home from xmas break (and 2 months without sex). She kept making excuses and our times did not co-align. This was not like her in the beginning couple months (she would always make time) so I knew something was off. But instead of being direct, I made some needy comments based on her canceling on me many times and showed insecurity (which I believe is the cause of the issues) and caused her to have 2nd thoughts of me. She confronted me about that and saying she usually does dates once/week and its too much etc....so took some time away (yet she was always messaging me). I stopped caring. Then started meeting up with me over studying again and felt we were getting closer again and she said its been refreshing and agreed to go on a couple dates coming up once she finishes her last exam. She always drunk texted me wanting to come see me during this time but I would be asleep. Then OUT OF NO WHERE, 1 month later, she dropped me and said she just wants to be friends. Her reasons were all about her emotional baggage and intimacy issues. She said I deserve that and she needs time to go through therapy and fix this and says its not fair she's stringing me along. She cried, said she didn't want to lose me, she is so interested in my life, I will be successful etc.

Been trying to work on myself and in the meantime I fucked her best friend and talking to a new girl rite now, but I cant get over this girl and the rejection. But even worse, She reached out a couple times like checking in with this pandemic or regarding some of my posts. I was dumb enough to reply just so I can prove I am not salty and hoping to keep an open door hoping we can catch up once. But, yesterday I saw her on a walk with some other guy (that I heard she may have started talking to from a mutual friend) and shook my world bc she said she ended things with me romantically bc her issues and no one will be able to help her. How is another guy going to change things? she looked happy, and saw myself in that guy and got crushed.

She was cool and attractive, and fed my ego initially. but full of insecurities, issues, super feminist, and honestly walking on egg shells. Yet, I want her to come crawling back. I am mad at myself for her seeing me as the guy who put her on a pedestal, validated her and eventually led to disrespect or boredom regarding me. My ego wants a 2nd chance so I can use TRP on her even though she has all these problems. I know there are a lot of resources out there, but any specific ones to help get started, specifically podcasts or advice that worked for you? I need to rewire my brain. I want to have a colder heart and stop wallowing about her. I know I deserve much better so I need to attract those.
