A couple things have worked for me to some degree:

If you're a drinker, having a few drinks can help a lot.
Like Danedina said, just come as fast as you want. If you don't wait too long before starting round 2, you should be able to last a lot longer.
Fuck her really slowly, backing off every time you feel close to coming. Like just wait there with your dick inside her, feeling everything as much as possible. As you do this you want to try to relax the tension in your dick because that is what is making you come so fast. I love doing this, it feels like having having multiple orgasms. Then once you dick relaxes, you can go hard for a while. The only issue is that some girls get frustrated because they just want to get jack hammered.

Sex God Method has a video about lasting 45 minutes. Dunno about that exact amount, but it helped me go from coming like within a minute to lasting more than 10 minutes if I want to. It really does help. Torrent if you don't want to pay, it's easy to find.

Lots of great advice for the long term here. An easy quick fix: when hooking up with plates use a condom. You will last longer, have a barrier to some STDs, and it works as a kind of dread game.

She will likely ask why you want to use one, to which you can answer whatever you want and make her ask herself "who is he NOT using a condom with?".

I used to come very fast. Nowadays, in my mid-40s, it usually takes me a long time, or I can't come at all. Having experienced both extremes, here is my honest opinion on the matter: Go ahead and come as soon as you're ready, even if it's after just a few minutes. Act like it's completely natural and then proceed to round 2. As long as she gets her turn at some point it's all good.
