Every date you go on you gain experience. You're likely going to fuck up but that's a good thing. At this stage you should be going on as many dates as possible with as many girls as you can.

What really changed my nerves around dating was approaching it differently. I was trying to hard to make an impression, that I wasn't able to think about what kind of impression she was making on me.

What changed for me, is understanding that first date is just to feel things out and see if you have chemistry. Just be yourself, and If vibe is right, everything else just feels natural.

I would suggest an activity for the first date. Could be bowling, boardgames, billiard (pool), movie, co-op video game, badminton, frisbee, ect.

This way both of you will have a common subject to talk about (the activity). It might ease you talking to her in general.

Right now you are overthinking. Stop daydreaming of what will happen during the date. Try to get rid of those thoughts (meditation, distracting yourself from them, daydream about something else). I know it's hard to do.

If you say something stupid look at her reaction. If she is not amused by that slip thry to weave it into a joke or confess that it was a stupid thing to say.

Couple tips

jack off then go to the date
don’t try to make any physical moves, simply just try to get to know her, since this is your first date you probably don’t have the experience to fuck on the first date, so just play it cool.
lead the date as in decide where you guys go, eat, do. Lead the convo, stay calm, chew gum it helps calm nerves
don’t think of her as better than you, she just a person so don’t put her in a pedastal
if she shows up late to the date or makes u wait a while, make sure u mention it in a joking way
and most importantly keep ur masculine frame, she will shit test, simple trick reply in a sarcastic joking way or just ignore like it don’t phase you one bit
