4 months ago I split with my LTR of 4 years, the long story short of it is another dude gave her the tingles and she went for it.

Fast forward to this weekend and I went out with a former work colleague, we hit it off and eventually brought her back to my place.

Unbeknownst to me my former LTR saw me and the lass out and in the following 2 days has lashed out to her claiming that we were still together.

I'm in a position now where this girl is now hesitant and I'm unsure of the next move.

Mind you I'm in the gym and cannot stop thinking what the actual fuck about the whole thing.
