Ok so I had a lot of trouble balancing these out in my last LTR. Leant more towards the side of maintaining frame and being stoical (probably too boring), and ended up with her breaking up with me for her ex, who's an insecure, jealous, emotional wreck ofa "bad boy" (thus providing her a constant stream of emotions).

Now, I read about the importance of emotions and them being constantly supplied to keep her coming back for more, but I never seem to be able to do that very thing.

Im secure of myself, dont get jealous, and dont get easily flustered, so I never went ahead and made a big fuss about anything she threw at me, just calmly discussed the 'issues', mostly dismissing her frame as incorrect, and went away if the drama went overboard.

After the 'failure' of my last LTR made me reconsider some things. For one, that I was too detached and lacked any sort of meaningful control in the relationship. I still dont know what that would mean besides setting boundaries and enforcing them( which I did not even do properly. I was too lenient with shit tests, and never went through with 'punishment' aka withdrawal of attention, but rather came back after soft nexts without any 'repercussions', per se, and talked to her about it, all the while her telling me how shitty that was from me).

How to incorporate the "emotional rollercoaster" girls cRaVE so much without inadvertently losing all my frame because of little stuff? How do you balance it out and maintain the mentally stable, unflustered 'alpha' image?

(Im aware I probably came across as salty about it, although I didnt really intend it that way :)) )
