This FR probanly wont help anyone, i just wanted to type it out.

I was setup with a family friend who is slightly older than me. I haven't been on a date since I found TRP.

The date started off really well and was actually very nice throughout. We went bowling and played some pool. There were no awkward silences as she would fill it immediately with more conversation. It was probably the easiest date I've ever been on. Through the the night she constantly held eye contact with me as she spoke and I spoke. I could tell she wasn't interest based on her body language though, aside from the eye contact.

One mistake I made was not enough kino. I really only hugged her hello and goodbye. Sadly I wasn't paying enough attention as I was trying to stay out of my head.

The next morning I find out that, "I'm not her type." I believe this to just be a cover excuse. This girl is 4 years older than me, I'm 24, and I'm sure she has been with more experienced men. It doesn't help that I'm 5'11" and only weigh 140lb.

Is there a way to ease into kino or is it just something you HAVE to do regardless of it maybe feeling slightly awkward?

This may not seem like much but I'm really proud of myself for getting out there, it's been awhile and this girl was easily a 9/10.
