This one is not so cut and dry. You have to actively determine if she is being playful (tone, delivery, facial expressions), or if she is actively being a twat (tone, delivery, facial expressions).

If she's being playful, smack her in the face with it with something like "ok but you'll be my bitch in the bedroom."

If she's being a twat, shank her ass with something like "I am a bitch and you can get your drink yourself bitch."

All depends on whether she's being playful or being a cunt.
