One note you can take is that if she is throwing the party, you are at a disadvantage. You are not the main attraction. You are not the person having all the fun, you have to be extra outgoing to do this otherwise you're just some accessory. You probably showed up to this party feeling like Cinderella with the glass slipper, all you had to do was be there and she would do all the work. WRONG. /trump

Don't ghost her though, if she has more parties, go fuck her friends or something. The worst thing you can do is be asshurt about it, just stop investing in HER. Your call. Personally I believe it'd be awkward as fuck having an Eskimo brother.
The way you're telling this story she seems a bit fucked up and it seems you lost at least a million open windows and she defiantly insists in keeping them open.
Two weeks is a lot of time to keep "casually" talking to a single chick, let alone ignore her invitations to hang out. If she's not receptive you should drop it sooner, and most women don't go past a couple days insisting.
