Hi, so Ive decided to take my body seriously and start working out consistently. However, I noticed that after a weekend of drinking, I have regressed in my progress. Therefore, Ive decided to go out sober from now on (since im actually more social sober than having 1-3 shots in me where those 3 shots make me quiet until the 7th to 8th shot hits). I would stop going out all together to have a consistent sleep schedule but I feel that that would worsen my social skills.

However, its been a good 2 years since I last went out completely sober. A month ago, I attended a pregame sober while everyone was already fucked up and I felt completely out of place (especially since I only knew 1 person out of 20 there) until I started drinking. How does one not feel awkward in those types of situations where everyone is fucked up? Also is there a way to not feel tired towards the later parts of the night (aka midnight - 2am)?

Anyone that has done or is going out sober currently, what have you experienced the most compared to going out drunk?
