This is an embarrassing and rough situation so mentally prepare yourself...
1 year ago I was with a close friend (F20) in my car. After a great date, I was driving her home but being new to dating I didn't know how to escalate and heavily started talking about having sex. She didn’t say no but our conversation was cut off since I dropped her off.
After a bit, she stopped responding to all my texts. Like the idiot I was, I followed up/spammed her with 1 date invite and 2 apologies over the next 3-4 months. It's fairly obvious why she ghosted me and I don't blame her. I made her feel uncomfortable, I came on way too strong, and I probably looked desperate.
I found redpill/nofap shortly after and have been self reflecting and working on myself ever since. I have scaled my business, built a muscular frame, and become a better person. I am grateful to be where I am and I’ve thought of visiting her in person and giving a full fledged apology in 1-2 years. But I’m unsure if this is the right thing to do or if I should just move on like you're supposed to.
I would appreciate any advice as I know the people in this community are very smart and well-equipped for dealing with these type of things.

TLDR: Destroyed 4 year long friendship after horrible escalation skills ("we should have sex"). But I became a better person and am unsure if I should make amends and apologize or move on.
