So for context, I had sex with his girl a couple of times but wasn't really interested, this was about last year October. She messaged me the other day saying "Hey, how have you been?" I didn't reply and was met with this follow up message:

"Hi- So first up I may be being a bit presumptuous sending you this message...

I want to say that it would have been appreciated if you could’ve replied to my last message with something... Nice or not so nice, whatever just something. The act of being technically ‘ghosted’ as the alternative rejection at this age is not great 😂 Makes one feel real shitty and embarrassed. I have also probably misread the whole situation since we met last year completely and now I am being a bit of a simp.

Secondly, my assumption as it stands by your lack of response means you’re not interested in anything- which I am honestly alright with if that is the case.

If you feel I am speaking out of turn I am sorry. You technically don’t owe me any response at all and this is quite out the blue, so no need to be reply if you’d rather just leave it all behind. I just wanted this message off my chest. I am also quite drunk so this is taking all the booze confidence to send it.

So if I hear from you or not good luck with your year, and I genuinely do hope you have a lovely, successful 2021 xx"
