Background

43 y/o married man, 2 young kids. 6', 178lb. 215 SQ, 170 bench, 100 OHP, 260 dead.

Basically made every TRP mistake possible as far as allowing younger attractive wife to control frame, her encouraging a friend group to make fun of my age (8 year age dif). It bugged me but I went along with it. I know, I know. Think you can guess what happens next, she branch swings and cheats on me with someone from that group who I thought was a friend.

I catch her, we start talking divorce and how badly I'll get raped (I'm sole breadwinner w/ prestigious six fig job at a good company, she's a lazy SAHM).

I accept what is happening, start moving on and inadvertently pick up hard core TRP principles along the way. Lifting hard, turning rapid stress related weight loss into a lifestyle/nutrition change, etc. I already have some very interesting/sexy hobbies (own and enjoy an observatory-grade telescope and several kayaks) plus my career regularly sends me to 5 star resorts for conferences where I'm often a presenter. That driving SMV plus my side hustles: one as an elected official overseeing a $50 mil municipal budget and the other founding a predictive analytics startup.

So outside of the degredation I allowed with my wife I have decent SMV. App-based dating seemed to confirm as much with 70+ matches (pics at my 20lb heavier weight, pre-lifting) in a couple months of pretty selective swiping, which led to lots of sex which led to me bringing home a DGAF attitude to my 'wife' after unaccounted for nights out started piling up.

She picks up on it in the form of dread and immediately starts singing a different tune about working things out. I'm willing to give it a shot but not as they were before, as they are now with overwhelming TRP principles driving me to be better every day.

The Problem

Different group of friends than the trash I mentioned earlier, but before all the shit went down one dude in particular was testing my frame. We share the same first name and he insisted I be called "the OTHER xxxx". I'd shoot back saying I be called "THE xxxx" like the Ohio State. He didn't like that.

The Question

Thanks for bearing with me this long. How do I handle this situation the next time I'm in this social group. Not that it matters, but pretty sure they all know about my wife's infidelity. I'm fucking done being tested and backing down, by anyone, so how do I handle this guy when he tries it again? He's a detective and pretty egotistical about it, like many of them are.

How do I maintain frame in this particular situation?
