Social introversion is a state of mind. If you're drained after socializing it's because you're not relaxed. Ask more questions. By asking questions you can do a ton of socializing with just a few sentences. Plus, it takes the focus and pressure off of you, but people are still directing their answers/attention at you.

As they say, "if you want to be interesting, be interested."

• Break contact with ex: good.

• Lift: I've injured my back with lifting and had that problem with hardly being able to walk. If you can swim 4x a week and do pull ups and pushups without back pain, you can do other exercises. Train your legs, that's the most important muscle. I don't know what is wrong with your back, but if it's a muscle imbalance, I recommend doing light deadlifts. It'll help with your posture and you'll be able to stand up straight more naturally.

• Be More Social: Keep practicing. I won most shy in 7th grade. Now I talk to as many people as possible if I get the opportunity. (Ex. I was in starbucks, waiting for my coffee, employee was on break, just asked, "ever get tired of smelling coffee all day?" I was nervous for like 2 seconds until he replied the rest of the convo was natural.) -Just keep practicing. You'll get better and better at it. I've noticed that even the nastiest biggest guys in the gym will be friendly and give good advice.

• Have sex: Stop watching porn and masturbating. Look up how to increase your sex drive. Lifting heavy with compound exercises: Squats, deadlifts, bench press are the best way to go. Follow a diet that improves testosterone. Steaks, dairy products, I eat 3 whole eggs a day, the cholesterol increases testosterone.

You're way over-thinking this. Obsession is unhealthy. You have to get away from the negative thinking and that requires another focus---anything.

In my case I committed to banging younger hotter women...I sought them out, I gamed them, I set goals for myself.

I went on a trip, got a new hobby/skill.

Then I set a goal of completely letting go after 18 months...I would never think of her again. It's now 18 months, I just saw her on the weekend. I was hanging out with a group of hot girls....she was chasing some married guy...ha
