You typed a lot of words about a girl you have not slept with and are hoping for an LTR. This is your "frame" and she is falling into it. If your "frame" was a that of a man who desired sex, you would be having sex with her or having sex with someone else.

Be cordial and professional when you see her. Make eye contact, nod, and say "hey." But do not text, e-mail, or otherwise contact her. This is "LJBF" without the words. Further time and energy spent on this one will be wasted. Start over.

Overall, she has been a ton of work and you have solidly fallen into orbit. Sex is not likely. Start over with new women.

This could be a long shot, but I think that was a shit test+LMR convo, I mean, she can say whatever she wants, but if you don't want a relationship, then why LMR? Why no sex?

I think she actually wants another relationship, and you failed that one...But again, I'm not sure, it's a hunch.
