There are multiple reasons for this perception (which isn't entirely untrue).

A good majority of black men in America come from environments that don't subscribe to the blue-pill ideology. Most grow up in single mom households, and they live in low income neighborhoods where there is a survivalist mentality as far as social circles. So a combination of not expecting to meet the "one" with some level of dark triad personality characteristics is very in line with red pill philosophy.

Also, there is a prominent fetish of black men among women nowadays. This has to do with the stereotype of them having very large cocks and their charming yet relatively abusive demeanor. A typical black guy from the hood will dance with a girl and smooth talk her to make her feel beautiful but if she acts up he'll say, "bitch, shut the fuck up, you ain't shit!". Then he will grab her hand, take her to the car and fuck her brains out. Many are masters at breaking down a woman then building her back up slowly and repeating.

So to many women, there is a perception that many of them are impoverished badasses , therefore they are subconsciously romanticized (society's scoundrels). And we know that women tend to love that kind of scenario. Especially for short term lust filled endeavors.

I've had many black friends/coworkers and this is what I observed when hanging out with them. In fact some of the best advice I got about women when I was younger was from black dudes. And all of it was very red pilled.

Black men are raised very different from other races, red pill is almost natural to them.

Also alot of black men are confident, bold and go after what they want. They have that confident charming aura to them.

And most of them are seen as thugs and bad boys and that turns woman on.

Especially in the US, a LOT of older black men who pass on RP knowledge, without even knowing it. For example, they’ll get divorce raped, learn from it, and openly talk about it as a lesson for young black men to follow. Things like ‘making mistakes so the young can follow’ are common as their culture is united.

Whereas for other cultures, there’s a stigma attached to these things. Maybe it’s embarrassment, maybe they want youths to learn on their own, but it creates a knowledge gap between generations. Things like ‘it’s complicated we’ll talk about it when you’re older’ instead of ‘I’m just going to tell you my mistakes so you don’t make them’.

Their less evolved and more animalistic. That's why their always better at sports than white people but have lower IQ's. Same thing for asains, they are more evolved than any race hence why most of them are so smart yet suck at sports
