So been reading TRP and getting into the right mind frame, focusing on myself, getting over onetis and trying to get good results in my exam. So as I have been reading TRP and learning frame and game, I do get more looks these days then I used to. I want to know If i did Ok, what to improve and what to say next time.

I was going to another gym today, I don't go this gym a lot my gym membership works in like 20 different one but this time this gym was easier, probs go like once a month (train normally at my regular one 3/4 times a week). I go to the gym start working out and then I notice while working out 2 girls behind my on running machines, one of them notices me and points me out to her friend who catches me looking at her and shys away. about 5 mins later she is on the running machine just to the left off me. After finishing a set i look across to her, shes probably a 6/7 at the most. I have got with better looking girl than her but as i have been reading trp and read try and talk to 1 new girl a day I though fuck it have to talk to her before I leave. She catches me looking at her and stares back at me, we just look at each other for a few minutes and normally I would shy away but I hold a calm but serious looking gaze and look into her left eye, we stare for about 30ish seconds and she looks away, she does the same again but this time I look away and do my set. She really isn't really doing the exercise on the spin bike and the bike next to her is empty so I decide before my brain can talk me out of it I'm gonna go talk to her.

Off I go and sit next to her and look at her, she takes her headphones out and I say to her "Hey I was wondering what your name is" . She says "her name". I say thats a nice name and say my name and say nice to meet you and stick my hand out to greet her, she shakes and it smiles. I tell her it's a nice name and when i saw how cute she looked I had to ask her, her name. She shys away for a second and blushes, takes the other headphone out. So then I ask her if she comes to the gym a lot and whether she lives local, she gives me one word answer but doesn't look away. I wait a few seconds but she doesn't say anything!? or ask me anything!?. I take this as shes not interested and I'm wasting my time so I say ok and go onto do my workout. she plugs her headphones back in, her other friend walks over and they leave.

Question: Did I do ok? should I have asked something more, the awkward silence she did wait and play with her headphones in her hand as if she wanted me to ask her something more but I panicked and sorta thought she Isn't interested and left it at that. This is also more than anything I normally have ever done. Also since I'm getting over my onetis is it natural that any sort of half decent fir girl I see my brain is telling to just go approach her and talk to her?. Is this good just to keep randomly doing this?. I know it's good to practice game but this new me just wants to go approach any girl and just try my new trp skills. is this a good idea?. any help is appreciated as to what I can do better? should I have asked for her number or what to improve on. I have read the sidebar and also do re read it quite a lot, I have approached and formed some solid friendships with huge guys at my normal gym ( im only 17) but I want to train with them but I am yet to see them again and I will ask.
