First off some info about me. Im 22, not doing anything with my life right now just waiting until i can sign up for university.

I swallowed the pill like a month ago or so. Before that i was really beta, its not even funny. I swallowed the pill after some bad months because i couldnt get over a girl. We were like almost together and then suddenly she said she doesnt want a relationship etc. Since i had oneitis it was hard for me to let her go so i agreed on still being friends because i thought maybe we could get together if i do everything for her. Now i know that was pretty dumb. Fast forward friendship didnt work because of my feelings. I was searching the internet on how to better myself and stuff and found this amazing place where i got many answers.

Things got better i had 2 ons. My whole life until i found trp i had none. To get to my problem i think i act way better than before in terms of alpha/beta behavior, but im still not really confident. I cant approach girls without drinking alcohol, i just cant overcome my fear of rejection. And when im drunk i always lose it and text some girls stupid beta shit that ruins everything and the next day i feel like shit for that. I want to become confident but im always thinking about other peoples opinion on me and how i could behave so that they would like me. How do i make it that i just dont care about them and do what i want to do? How do i become confident and learn to like me for who i am?

Sorry for the wall of text but im starting to fall back into old behavior and thinking and really needed to write that off my mind.

TL;DR Was a hardcore beta all my life until i found trp. Getting better on alpha behavior but still hating myself and no confidence.

EDIT: Thank you all for the responses.
