Experience and options, that's really the only way.

You get rid of clingyness by loving yourself, and being your own source of happiness and satisfaction. I don't NEED a woman's company or attention to be happy, I'm happy without it. I actually CHOOSE to not see some of my women because I want to pursue my own things sometimes.

I have a GF, and several FBs. So if I want to fuck, someone is bound to be available. If one of them would give me shit (which they don't), then I'd just fuck someone else. My GF also knows I have FBs, so knows if she gives me drama I'll just go fuck someone else.

I think the key is to not put girls on a pedestal and worship them. Just because she's hot and DTF doesn't mean your entire self image and confidence has to come from her, and you get oneitis that way, from "omigod, if she leaves I'll never get another like her".

There's 4 billion girls out there. That's 400 million 10's. There's so many of them you can't ever even meet them all if you tried, much less bang them all. Add on the 8's and 9's and there's a billion smoking hot girls out there, aching for a chance to be with you.
