Find a group of friends who give each other shit a lot and hang out with them? I think the only way to be wittier and more articulate is to practice in real-time, reading stuff etc. won't help.

If you are into fantasy, get the Lies of Locke Lamar's ASAP. the writer is a cuck but his wit is top notch. Also, sarcasm does wonders if no biting responses come to mind. A lot of it is just being relaxed enough to let your brain function like normal
