I recently told my girlfriend that I didn't want her to be going clubbing with her girlfriends. I basically said that I found it disrespectful for her to go to a meat market while in a relationship and that I don't want to be in a relationship with someone who does that. I now realize this is insecure mate guarding behavior and I should have just continued to increase my SMV and maintain frame so that she doesn't feel any need to go to the club. She says that she understands my point of view and that she now gets that clubs are a "single thing" and she won't be doing that.

What should I do to fix this? If I tell her now I don't give a fuck about her going it'd feel like I'm giving in to her. Should I just forget about this, stick to my guns and move on and try to rebuild frame in other ways?
