Do not, however, alter your schedule to meet her availability. If nothing matches, say "oh well, maybe next week". Do this two times max, after that, let her go. It's a shit test if she never has time when you have time.

Invite her directly over to mix drinks at your place. Skip the coffee. Shes already very interested and youre not a stranger to her. You dont need to chit chat outside. You just need an excuse to stuff her vag. Invite her over for drinks after 8/9p. What college girl is gonna turn down a drink after work day or a study day? Exactly.

So what.. ask her out on another time you're free at?

Example :

You : How's your schedule on Saturday?

Her : I'm doing blah blah blah.

You : Okay. Seems like we can do Saturday 6:30 pm and I get free at that time. Will also give you an hour after your blah blah blah.. (this 2nd statement is to purely to validate her activity even if its fake)

If she still gives some excuse. Call her out for being busy in a humorous way. There's tons of ways to do that. And put the ball on her court asking her to let you know when she's free.

Move on with your life.

When a woman declines but doesn't offer a different time, she's not as interested as you think she is. Standard procedure is to go have sex with other women and let this one come back to you.

But if this one really seemed particularly interested or she's really hot or something, try one more time. Wait maybe a week. And set a date for drinks or coffee at 8:30 PM somewhere close to your place. Have a second fun night location you can go to handy if she's not ready to go home with you after drinks/coffee, but don't mention the second location when setting the date. Only use it if she's not down to go home with you by 10:00.
