Chocolate,muffins,donuts...Im stuck at 93kg (205 lb) for about 4 months.Had been doing boxing for 1.5 years and lost 17kg,and i switched to the gym last week to get ready for summer. But my sugar anxiety is killing my diet and stopped me for cutting my last 10kg,and i cant find a way to control it.

Context: Im a 192cm (6'4) 93kg (205 lb) 18yrs old male who has been fat and ate like shit all my childhood and puberty, and ive developed something strange with eating sugar,if i want to eat a donut i cant control myself and i cant stop overthinking and obsessing with it until i eat it. I live with my parents and my younger brother, and i cant control what they buy because they are free to eat chocolate if they want. And if i go outside with friends,it gets even worse.

What i mean is that the normal advice of "brush your teeth to cut your cravings" doesnt work for me,and i need strong advice to set a healthy lifestyle once for all.

Do you guys have any advice or experienced something similar?
