First off - you're NEVER gonna meet a player who hasn't missed advances made on him by women. EVER. Everybody has those stories. Nothing to be angry about - because that's how you learn to keep your wits about you the next time a girl drops you hints.

Second, I feel you. Approaching women on your own cold can be daunting, especially when you're liable to come across as a creep.

But do it anyways. Exposure therapy is the way to go.

Trial by fire. You'll be smooth way before you know it, NO MATTER how hopeless you are, and no matter how bland your personality is. Just dress well and get a haircut from someone who knows what they're doing to improve your chances, and do not eject from the conversation before she does - that's how you'll realise that women DO WANT to be approached by men who can make their lives interesting.

Go bomb ten sets and you'll become a natural. Really. That's all that it takes.

mistakes are not bad. not learning from your mistakes and not doing things differently is bad.

you can talk and talk all day and you can come here asking for advice again and again. in the end it comes down to three simple words: just fucking do it.

nothing else will help you. no reading, no good talking from other guys here, no trick, no nothing. you have to accept that there isn't this one thing that will change you and your life, but that it's a long long series of steps that you all have to take by yourself.

In a similar position to you in that during my first and second years of uni I had soooo many games that I just fucked up cos I didn't read the hints right or just wasn't man enough to pursue it. The way to get over it really is just exposure and that'll also deal with the lowering inhibition. Talk to anyone not just woke who you think are cool and worth talking to and even those who aren't. That way you get over building it up in your head since it's just another person and you'll find most people are fairly receptive to just speaking if you got the right social skills. Honestly I used to best myself up over it and to an extent I think of random situations now and then where I've literally had girls more or less throw themselves at me but because of lack of experience of actually knowing what to do or going all the way I missed out. But it is what it is, really you can't change the past but you can work on the present to change your future.

Keep working on yourself and being an interesting individual, sure uni is a great opportunity to be around loads of women but life doesn't stop at uni at all. like many other people have already commented as you get older you get a wider pool of women more available providing you continue to work on yourself. There'll be so many opportunities some you may miss but that's just life too

1) eat 4 eggs everyday to build dat dere testosterone.

2) lift heavy or HIIT calisthenics with DROPSETS til Failure to build muscle...and dat dere testosterone.

3) grow stubble or short beard, groom RELIGIOUSLY. Edge up sideburnlines, cheeklines, and neckline. Will look 3x better and have that masculine "bad boy" look bitches crave.

4) wait for choosing signals, shoot your shot. That's a warm approach.
