I've got two things to say about this:

Men and women naturally enjoy some dominance and submission respectively, but other than that, anything that could be called a fetish is probably not as common as you see today. Porn is a big cause of it. You watch some normal porn, it gets boring, you watch some gangbang porn, some duck porn, some shemale porn, some passed out girl porn, the list goes on. We're naturally inclined to be curious about "new" sex, it's an instinct we have to make us spread our seed more efficiently. But no man can experience fifty different women in 15 minutes so your brain naturally gets overloaded. There are plenty of dudes out there who get deep into shemale porn, watch it every day and are genuinely aroused by thinking about getting a cock in their asses. A few months off the porn, the brain goes back to its original state and all of a sudden, he's straight and only wants pussy again.

What I'm saying is, "This is me, my fetish is seeing my girlfriend get fucked by a bunch of dudes I don't know" might be a bit misguided, tone down the porn for a while and see if it changes, it probably will.

People who aren't that way because of porn but genuinely are aroused by being cucked are rare, very rare. 99.9% of them just have scarcity mentality and don't want their girlfriend/wife to leave them. I'd say a good parallel is young girls these days who say that they're, queer, demisexual, genderfluid, cats, faeries, attack helicopters, you know, that kind of girl. I'm sure some of them genuinely do have a psychological reason for their identity that could be diagnosed, but 99.9% of them are like that for the same reason many girls when I grew up colored their hair jet black, slit their wrists and listened to Linkin Park.

What I'm saying is, genuinely being a cuck is about as common as having a psychological disorder that makes you genuinely believe that you're actually a cat born in a human body. That's probably not the fact, so grow up and face reality.

If you're truly into it, then whatever, but you can't be surprised about the potential consequences of such a thing especially with a girl you're committed to and/or invested in.
