Depends entirely on your intentions and feelings.

Want her as a plate? Want her in your life? Be friendly or flirt. Sounds like she's going away soon anyway, totally possible to pull off the "I can't do long distance, but I do enjoy your company" deal.

Over her? Want her out? Already have enough plates spinning? Keep it social and friendly, don't make tension in your circle, but also avoid her privately (don't text/call/hangout alone). 99% of my exes are like this. Friendly if we cross in public, don't talk otherwise.

Unless she did something wrong to earn it, no reason to go cold. She'll likely seek some sort of retribution, even if it's just pulling your name through the mud for being an asshole.

You are not clear on what you want to achieve from your interaction with her.

Personally, with my ex, if and when I do come across her, I will give her a full taste of my personality. I am sure she is pretty much the same basic bitch since we last met, but I have grown in leaps and bounds. There's a pretty good chance she will want to fuck me. Maybe she will want me back too. But what she will get is pump&dump.jpg. I will come on her face and then say 'kthxbye". It will be hilarious.

Depends on what you want. Did you end things on a good note? Do you still like her? Do you want to bang her for the summer? You always have a one-time-bang card with an ex. All you have to do is say hi, throw her a little attention, and dinner ASAP. After the banging you can choose to ignore her from then on or continue banging her until the summer is ending and she brings up the fact that she thought you were gonna be in a relationship again but you say no and leave. Otherwise, just be nice and ignore otherwise

If you look at her and your stomach clenches, you are doing something wrong and should probably lift harder. As soon as you don't give a fuck you are ready to go. Depending on how she treated you, treat her like every other woman (aloof) or just be indifferent (actual consciously ignoring is not being indifferent).
