Getting better socially at work although I think im going more sigma than Alpha but ohwell, however I keep getting told here and in person by the older blokes I need to tell the other guys who do treat me pretty badly to stop as its starting to get out of hand, and so far I have either joked along or just ignored it.

The issue is that I do not know how to do this without escalation as my only way I ever learnt of telling people who push me way past any limit that normally people would be ok with is to bash them, worked at school, does not work as an adult as its a pretty serious offence (dur). So what do I say? What tone to a pick? Do I do it whenever or when they are alone? Do I do it at all?
