IMO bro stop getting in the frame of mind that there's some combo move you're gonna do that's gonna make her panties drop, it'll come off disingenuous most of the time. Treat her like an old friend, you're comfortable and cool with them. Just break contact and see how she responds. Touch her hand, a nudge after a joke, or hand on the lower back. My favorite gauge is if I'm somewhere I'll lead her with hand on small of her back, or hold hands.

You teach people how you want to be treated. If you are needy and clingy, they will respond as such. Same goes for them, if they are unreliable and flakey, they get treated like that. I honestly wouldn't say shit during the moment, you had plans so just do you. But boy when the moment is right bust their fucking balls

If you haven't been lifting for at least two years, just shut up. Eat healthy foods, if you wanna gain weight and get jacked start eating excess calories and stick to your training and diet regimen. It's ridiculous to complain or question only 14 days of work if it's effective or worth it.

Walk up and grabem by the pussy ofcourse. But really... just ask. Part of breaking the beta mentality is to understand that risk taking is part of life, you don't live your life for the convenience of others. If you want something, you gotta take action.

The odds are in your favor that they aren't pregnant. You should really educate yourself on women's reproduction, i.e. ovulation so you know how it works and when to avoid banging a plate if you're that paranoid. There is really only like 3 days out of every month a women can get pregnant, not to mention a small residual amount of semen is probably not gonna do it.

A clean break is to be tactfully honest. If you don't plan on pursuing anything further, just say it. No need to be coy or beat around the bush.

I'm thinking who cares, find another chick to holler at and stop worrying about this one. If she responds she responds. Should have closed them digits a lot sooner IMO. Two nights is too long, fire is already out for her probably. Chicks are fickle.

Bar or pub is the default. It's easy, and little commitment for all parties involved. Honestly, you're sweating it too much. If you don't want to go some where, find an excuse to invite them over to your place for a drink. "You should come by for drinks, youve got to check out my new blah blah!"

I'm feeling really self conscious Problem is probably just this. Get out of your head and go out and start doing. I might not be able to perform very well and look beta as fuck because of that. If you're making this decision solely based upon your fear of rejection from others, then don't do it. It won't fix anything nor make you a bedroom Casanova. Just start approaching and fixing the problem, it's really not that hard if your not a ugly sack of shit.

When you got nothing going on, it shows. Start doing things for yourself, start a new hobby, go skydiving, indulge yourself. Once you love you, you will shine. Read the side bar, specifically for you I would recommend reading No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert Glover.

I would say what ever motivates you to become better everyday, go for it. There's no such thing as perfect or correct way to live your life, let go of that baggage and keep moving on. Your motivations will change as your life changes. But remember discipline is what matters most, motivation is fickle. It comes and goes.

It's sounds like you gone and dug yourself into a hole, can't see the forest for the trees. Everyone is going to tell you to lift, move out, start reading the side bar and maybe a book. I agree, these are all important things. But it needs to be you that takes action. You have to want it. If you don't want it, you won't get it, because it never mattered. All I really got from your post is that you don't make decisions for yourself, and you don't hold yourself responsible for it. Start owning you…

Sounds like you have a solid plan, keep making moves and aim towards a better self. If you can't lift, so be it that's the cards your dealt, but doesn't mean you can't be healthy and active in whatever capacity you are able. Goto a barber and pay for a nice haircut, I have thinning hair myself and am super self conscious. A good haircut fixes a lot.

Based off your comments she sounds a bit controlling bro, careful with this one. Shit can go 0 to 100 real quick, cover your ass always, these are the crazy types to lay hands on you and call the cops about it. When she starts in your only real option is to ignore.

should I pretend to entertain her ideas to keep her around so that I can have constant sex while furthering my development? I'm sociopathic in nature so I don't mind putting my well being above hers, but I'm not cruel also. I would say no, if you're not wanting a relationship you don't need to pretend you are. You're over thinking it, what you say during the approach really doesn't matter, it's how you say it and your body language. Compliments are generally not a great opener, weak game, and they probably get that all the time. I avoid anything that validates during openers. I feel like I accomplished more today than other times at the gym pushing to my max. My buddy has talked lengths about the mentality of pushing to your max always, advocating against it. I know I might get flack for this, but you don't need to go heavy all the time. It's all about variation in your training, listening to your body. Advocating against self improvement while still expecting to see positive results is counter intuitive. I accepted the challenges life has given me, choosing action over inaction every time. Getting better every day is a way of life, not a philosophy. If you're turned off by sexual strategy that's fine, you don't need to like it, but that doesn't take away any of its merit. There's a time and a place for everything in life, being confident with women and with sex is important to me in my life, i…

Speak to them as if you're talking down to a child or a stupid person, make it very clear where the boundaries are. Be short and to the point. What you say depends on the situation. Never accuse or get upset, just roll it off like they are the ones acting out of line with the dynamic. It's all about how you say it, not what you say. Most guys when called out on social etiquette tend to buckle quick when singled out.

I'm in monk mode right now, and will be for the next 10-12 weeks. How can I determine what my SMV is today? Approach someone you find attractive and see how she responds. IMO it's the best way to know where you stand in the pecking order. If you never approached before, start now. As you lose weight and work on your game and SMV, it'll be a natural progression where girls will respond better.

The job isn't the problem, it's that you lack discipline. Fix that, you'll fix your problem. Easiest way is to start a workout regiment and stick to a diet like your life depends on it. It will bleed into other parts of your life. As for a job, get a job and stick with it until you find something better. When it's a matter of necessity, beggars can't be choosers. Think of things you might enjoy and get the bottom of the barrel gig and work up.

This is a perfect opportunity for you to learn more about yourself. I would create a bucket list of activities and just go down the list, trying new experiences. E.g. goto a meet up hike, sign up for music lessons, take a martial arts class, take a rock climbing class, sign up for a foreign language class, etc. Just anything you can think of you want to try. I'm doing this and it's very satisfying, plus you're forced outside your comfort zone which helps you learn to maintain frame.

Pro tip: stop worrying about other people. If your experience isn't what you desire with your friends, etc, you do the work and make it how you want. IMO for the physical disrespect I'm not sure what you mean, but diffuse and walk away is the best option. You didn't provide any examples, so I'm gonna assume it's because you aren't direct and speak freely, but instead talk around her so to not upset her. Get her off the pedestal bro.

Honestly, it's about reading situations. Act natural and confident, treat her as if she's an old friend you've known for a long time. If she responds warmly to you taking the lead, half the battle is done. Rest is about when you decide is a good time for a kiss. I like to wait it out and build tension up. Stop worrying and start wanting. If you want to kiss, do it.

IMO, keep texts simple and on point, they can back fire easily. Logistics only if no rapport. Maybe text to build interest next, no plain communicating/get to know talk tho, save that for face to face. Sounds like your rushing bro, check the oneitis and your actions, may come off eager/try hard.
/r/askTRP27/07/16 12:16 AM

I tend to avoid deep conversations, in my experience they distract from sexual tension and can easily back fire if you have fundamentally different views. Stop trying to blueprint your approaches with a one size fits all mentality. I keep it fun by leading by example.

Since your FB friends I'm assuming you know her in some shape or form. Talk about mutual things that are neutral and on the surface and go from there. If you goto University together, talk about that. If you know she likes Sushi talk about that. I text with tact, leaving different routes for conversation. I.e. allow for her to be able to respond with a sentence. If the question can be answered with one word, you're doing it wrong.

Read into the sunk cost fallacy, your investing more of your very valuable time and energy into someone because you have history, not because you like the dude. Depends on your goals. Bench press is king for upper body mass building. If your going for aesthetics, think angles. Build that mass at all angles, then hit isolation to add the details. Compound > isolation all day for mass.

If you haven't started lifting, start there. Set your goals first to be form and strength gains. Pipe dreaming about an end result is pointless. Your body is your body, you'll never look like someone else. The mass and gains are the result of dedication, it's a way of life bro.

Get out of your head and experience something. Go camping or something you enjoy that allows you to relax and possibly reflect if needed. Sorry about your loss bro.

Don't dwell, take what you can from that situation and carry on. Knowing you blew it is half the battle. Confidence comes from exposure, rinse and repeat until the changes you make give you the desired result.

Pro tip, there is no master guide that will fix your life. Find what works and fits, discard the rest. You are way too inside your head about your situation. Stop thinking and start doing. I know it sounds like a cliche non-helpful response, but you know what needs to be done. Next, fix your health and fitness. If you are over weight, fuck running, join a gym and start doing HIIT workouts. Eat clean, cut fast foods out, if you drink soda switch to diet ONLY, up your water intake, start counting …

I was in the same situation as you. As /u/G_Petronius mentioned, you gotta make it happen for yourself. I lost touch with 95% of my friends after my divorce, but slowly I rebuilt my circle through sheer will of needing to socialize. My advice, first thing remove your expectations of what a "friend" is and force yourself to be open to experiences instead. Next, relearn how to socialize with other men. Expand your network, don't fill roles. If you aren't into sports, get into sports. It's like a c…

Your buddy ruined your fairy tale fantasy of a chick you never had game to pull? Suck it up and move on. Best response is to hit the gym and work on yourself that way your the one sending the photos next time.

Honestly bro, lift. When you start throwing up serious weight, you gotta trust yourself and believe that's it's all you baby, you got this. Lifting changed my life. Use that same logic, apply to other things in life where you feel you lack confidence.

AWALT. Never get into a woman's frame. You don't deal with anything, you cut this shit out of your life. Hard truth to swallow, but you'll be better off living your own life and building yourself up instead of trying to fix other people.

You know... not be around them if they come over, Leave the house goto the gym, Goto a park, Go hang out with friends, hit up a plate. The end goal should be independence so moving out definitely.

For the chick, simple, arrange date and time to meet for a date. If she declines, that answers your question. 1) how can I improve my reading of body language? Interact with women more, it's a practical thing you develop. Any type of physical contact is a good sign of attraction. Escalating physical contact is a dead give away. 2) Do I trust my intuition/gut, and if so, how do I know what my intuition is/or what it's saying? Trust your gut and go with it. If you fail at the approach, who cares. …

I know this sounds non helpful, but just start talking to the women you find attractive. Start talking about anything. Embrace the rejection and failed approaches and learn to shrug that shit off. It's part of taking women off the pedestal. Don't over think, don't dwell, just do.

You got a long rough road ahead of you, honestly. My best advice is to not play into the drama with her, let her act a fool and call everyone and stomp her feet for attention. Once you take the reaction away, it's done. Every interaction needs to be about the kid, only, take control that way. Next, lawyer up and get a paternity test once the baby is born. If you want custody, file for it. Just take control.
