Sounds like you need to get in Monk mode and focus on yourself, work on your hobbies, further your career, etc to push through the anger phase.

You should work on yourself regardless. Don't let anyone be responsible for your happiness besides yourself. If you work out, lift, find a passion, work on your career, become a more interesting and fun person, then you'll feel fulfilled by your own company, and then as a plus you'll attract more male friends and more women. But it's a bad idea to chase women around to fill something that's missing in yourself and a lot of these concerns you have are just ruminating thoughts and nothing you can really do anything about.

I know it's difficult if you're angry and depressed already, but taking care of yourself, putting yourself at #1, and working on improving who you are will bring better opportunities of all sorts into your life, including more options for dating, sex, etc.

It's different for everyone, some just naturally come to terms with it, some use it to fuel self improvement. Just know you can be the guy all those hot chicks are sleeping around with, and once you become that guy you won't care anymore because you'll realize how stupid it was to think things should have been otherwise to begin with.

How old are you? I have a feeling you are pretty young. It seems like you are still cleansing your Blue Pill conditioning. You need to read more books and educate yourself more about Red Pill which can be found in the side bar. If you hate reading than make it a habit. Lift and do HIIT cardio. Go to the doc and get T levels checked. The fact you feel like “killing yourself” because pussy is being tossed dick to dick indicates you may possibly have low Testosterone. I suggest going Monk Mode for a short amount of time. Like 3-6 months. Improve yourself and educate yourself about Red Pill until it’s internalized.
