I had my share of accusations especially when women are drunk. They will let you touch their boobs, kiss, blow you or fuck them then you will receive the dreaded text the next morning "what happen last night?!" They will tell you they dont remember anything, they didnt consent to whatever you did and all the fucking bulshit that wont make you sleep for the rest of the week. Just be honest and hope for the best coz the law is always on their side.

Lesson: dont fuck someone if they are drunk even they are thowing themselves at you, you can just tease them like lets meet tomorrow or whatever, believe me the stress you will endure is not worth it, no pussy is ever worth the trouble, besides a women who will passed out to a bunch of guys who she barely knows is a low quality girl regardless of her status

Honestly man, it’s all a gamble. Most of the actions you take have to be preventive. But first ask yourself, why do women falsely accuse?

1.) attention, these women in this category are narcissistic and compulsive liars.

2.) regret, these women can also fall into category one. Can be the chick with the husband/boyfriend who gets caught and desperate. Or she fucks you when she is drunk and regrets it. Typically when friends shame her for it or think you’re gross. Both false accusations of the guys I knew fell into this category.

So what measures can you take?

1.) If you’re at the bar, if she is slurring/stumbling and you haven’t fucked her before don’t fuck her. Sometimes a girl can be into you at the beginning of the night but get really drunk by the end. Some women consider this rape if you fuck her. She could actually be one of those women. She could also actually really want to fuck you. But I usually play it safe these days and get her number instead.

2.) If she is a compulsive liar, stop seeing her. The deeper you get emotionally entrenched with these women it can end badly. I know women will lie or exaggerate to impress you, but if she is making up shit and it’s obvious, stop seeing her.

3.) If you take her out in a date like setting, avoid alcohol if you haven’t fucked her yet. This way if she ends up being bat shit crazy, alcohol can’t be used as a scape goat when you have sex. One drink can be fine but save a copy of the receipt to show proof.

You shouldn’t live your life worrying about this but just be aware it can happen. I typically just follow these rules. It’s just unfortunate a woman can actually destroy your life and career with one tweet. Companies immediately fire any guy who is accused even if there is evidence to suggest otherwise.

Vet for craziness.

Don't mislead girls.

Try to establish her relationship status.

Most false accusations are to protect the girl's reputation. The next most are because she didn't get what she felt entitled to and/or crazy chicks.

Establish early if she's crazy, has a boyfriend, and don't mislead her.

Not raping girls should be enough, but it isn't.

Also note that usually the false accusations go through the university or HR departments, therefore don't shit where you eat.

Girls actually going to the police with false accusations is rare, because they require reasonable standards of proof.

Do not listen to "offensively and go full attack". This will backfire horrendously, make you look bad, and justify everyone attacking you. There's a good reason you don't hear about celebrities doing this: they know it will backfire and they are legally advised accordingly.

The seccond..... the SECOND a girl pulls anything like this you treat as per stalker: remove from your life, never speak to her, zero contact, no phonecalls, no seeing her in person. Girls who make false accusations are the same girls who will meet you and then claim you did the same thing again on meeting. Do not give them the oxygen of attention.

But really, such problems are very rare if you don't shit where you eat.

In my case I nexted her and everyone who believed her. There were not any legal charges for me so I only nexted her. She was telling lies about me to people we know. Those people usually asks you why you are not talking to that person in which this means she told them but they do not have the guts to ask you. Just answer them without showing emotion like any redpill men. At the end add your side of the story in my case she was the girlfirend of one of my closest friend and I told people It was probably because she wanted my friend and I would have damage our relationship
