I am 18 and am finishing up my first year of community college. I have been hitting the gym 6 days a week and work 35 hours a week on top of college. I know it is a red pill principle for self improvement but it is killing me. I went to the doctors today and was diagnosed with high blood pressure. It came out as 140/78 when the healthy BP for my age is 118/67. He believes it is from stress. Any recommendations on how to relieve stress or should I take less hours? I really want to keep working hard but I believe it is doing more harm than good.
